| Well, then my advice boils down to "re-install." If that fails, reload that old save. It's still better than nothing. It's quite certainly a bug, because I have done exactly what you have done and I did get an option to tell about it.
You might want to try, as a last-ditch attempt, to go talk to the guy at the crossroads, and then go back to Lord Javier. |
