The difference IS part of a system requirement. You need a dedicated card, such as an ATI or Nvidia card that's somewhat up to date for gaming purposes. An Intel 950 I'm assuming is an integrated video card, meaning it's the bare minimum video card built into the computer just for the purposes of display and use of Windows XP.

So, if I'm reading correctly, you installed TQ on a lesser system and it ran fine, and -your- system is better but has an Intel 950 chip. The reason it runs on the other laptop is because of the ATI model card. Most integrated chips, no matter how powerful they are, just will not instalize a graphics engine meant for modern games.

Also, moving this to tech support...
Might get more responses there.
