| At the Welcome Wench, there is a book on the innkeeper's (can't remember his name right now) bench. Click on that and the character selection screen comes up. Just deselect the characters you wish to dispose of. This 'register' can also be used to add pc's to your party. Npc's, can be told to leave simply by talking to them. Careful, though, a few don't like being fired.
