| I've used original install cds and I've only used one patch and it's 1.11 from Blizzard itself, I very rarely install mods to my games. The computer I play diablo 2 on isn't even connected to the internet. I suppose it's not important though, if my drops are slightly glitched it's nothing for me to complain about.
I know of plugY but decided against downloading it in the end, kinda seems unfair that ladder gets all the things but I'm surviving.

So far I remember finding The Reaper's Toll, Shadowkiller and Gheed's Fortune. Gheed's fortune is a normal item if I'm not mistaken though.
