| Up to the point of doing all the seven council quests, the game is pretty open on what you do when. I MUST give a warning that you could mess up opportunities for quests and rewards if you lead monsters into attacking quest givers. Other than that, it's up to you on how to proceed although you get higher experience for doing an area before you get too high in levels. Which makes going thru the beginner dungeon under the fountain a top priority in my opinion.
