| Forgotten Realms is fully copywrited by Wizards (or whoever owns that now) and from what I can gather they are only interested in seeing their latest material put forward. That unfortunately does not include the Forgotten Realm's. You cannot make a MMORPG of the FR without their consent if you intend to make money out of it.
Maybe they will approve one one day...
