 I played both GW and WoW
GW was a very pretty game,it's like living in a pretty picture, but is smaller in the overall map size. WoW has a more cartoon look, but outlands add-on is very Sci-fi looking, like Planetside from SOE. The GW charactors seem smaller too, the moving of the charactors is not as easy as wow, but you can get used to it quickly,more of a point and click style,then they walk to that spot. You can adjust WoW to do that in options,if you want to try that style of movement. The WoW community that lived in lookingforgroup chat ,that was nerfed ,moved to Trade chat in the cities. Of course Barrens chat is there for the horde. I don't play GW anymore ,I play WWllonline on tuesday shutdowns of wow. They have a 2 week trial until 2008 sometime. |
