| I'm inclined to agree with Drunkside, I really don't think they are the same people. You have to bear in mind that the time difference between KOTOR 1 and 2 is very short, possibly even only a few months or a year at most. Darth Sion had been around a lot longer than that, as had Nihilus. They were hiding beyond the outer rim and once Malak had been defeated and Revan left known space, they seized their opportunity. Plus, I'm pretty sure Kreia says that Nihilus and Sion were result of the events on Malachor V, which happened 4 years before Revan defeated Uthar on Korriban.
