Thanks for the new links Avane, I remember seeing the Kahlo when you posted it at "that other forum".

It is very evocative. I must have been thinking of another picture re: "Gas" because that doesn't look like I remember. The man looks almost as if he is leaning against the pumps for support.
BlueSky, Varos is pretty cool, isn't she? I recently got introduced to her myself and like her work.

I also really like Arthur Rackhams artwork. I think he is best known for being a book illustrator. Some of the paintings are very whimsical, but others are more serious.
