| Another thing to note is having two reduced freeze duration items works rather unusually.
If a freeze length is 8 seconds:
1 item with reduced freeze will reduce it to 4 seconds
2 items with reduced freeze will halve what's left making 2 seconds
3 again divides what's left into 1 second.
Unfortunately two halves don't make a whole in diablo.
