| For charisma, it can drop by for instance having the Masticator boxer biting your ear off. I believe that cost 1 charisma point, and you can't get it back.
However there are perks which increase Charisma and increases the team size you can have with 1 (magnetic personality).
As for the depo, I can't remember - did you get the quest from the Wright's to go there? Or did you just stumble upon it? I think you need the quest to get in. |
