| I joined Telvanni at level 3. It's not really hard and house Telvanni is the most modded house. Especially the stronghold. Some really skilled modder has a project going now. The link's in his signature.
Seriously though. It's a good house and the first quests aren't hard at all and you get some decent spells for some as well. I'd go for it.
