| I think you should start off with the Ebon Hawk because it is the only link to the true sith empire. When you have reached the sith empire (which i believe you will reach at some point in KoTOR 3) you could lose the Ebon Hawk and gain another ship. Then the ship gained could be affected by alignment which would look cool.
