@ Enchantra...it can be overwhelming,
The first couple of times I tried to do everything and soon realized that it would drive me crazy keeping up with all the quests available,
so I've somewhat limit myself, current character is only in the Morag Tong and of course the main quest/Blades and is freeing slaves per the Twin Lamps, and the occasional small sidequest..although I still get sidetracked from time to time...ooohh there's a cave/tomb...
