| Just to note here that this is one of those cases where Alchemy will serve you **much** better than spells.
Once your Alchemy abilities are good enough the potions you can make are far superior to any spells or enchanted items that you can create. With homemade potions you'll be able to levitate at a much greater magnitude (faster) for a considerably longer duration.
As stated though, be sure you have Slowfall.
