It's easy enough to not kill the corprus monsters in the Tel Fyr dungeon. So, it's simple, just don't kill them
This thread isn't about exterminating creatures and humanoids you don't actually need to fight in the first place.. it's about "enemies" who will attack you no matter what... As Mr. Sir states, like guars for example.
Though, this is no longer as much of a problem for me since I use Sabre Girl's Morrowind Ecology mod which means only blighted critters attack.
