| The problem also persists in fallout. Can anyone help me with this extremely FRUSTRATING problem!!! I tried putting on the subtitles to compensate, but in Fallout 2 the screens just flash by with no subtitles, and in fallout they have the subtitles but still flash by obscenely fast! |
