Remember that to get Loghaire you have to have high intelligence (19 IIRC), however th Intelligence boost potions can help there as well as when using schematics.
To get the dwarf on the prison isle you need to be expert in persuasion, and to keep him, leave him outside the Iron Clan the first time you visit.
The (+16) is based on your magic affinity, the bonus goes up as your magic affinity level rises, but goes down if it falls. If you magic/technology is balanced or more toward technology then you get no bonus. |
