I agree with crazy_lima_bean here. Physical shield and slow time helps a lot. Not to mention the Enflame spell (since Hobbes are very weak against fire). Get as high as you can and when you are outside the Hobbe cave, a troll will appear and hopefully, by defeating it, will increase your multiplier to at least 14 or 15. Quote:
