| I never noticed them stop selling bows. It should be on the tab with bows and spears for sale. If I remember right the guy with the swords above his head sells them or the bag. I'm not sure if the guy with the book does...
If they aren't selling you could try farming the Blacksmith Termerus. He is the hidden guy and frequently has green equipment. He is in greece so he should sell bows.
