| For the Fast Shoot perk, it is very usable, as it allows you to spend one AP less to shooting, which makes it very useful for weapons which requires 6 AP or so to shoot...
Of course the trade off is that you can't aim, but you can leave without that option if you are using weapons that are threw or which only have Burst -mode.
Finese isn't also that bad, as you do more criticals. Again very useful with weapons that have Burst mode...
