Interesting idea. I'm not sure that being Sith instantly makes you more untidy though. When Sion had the damaged ship, it was more in keeping with his particualr character (in constant pain etc.). Having said that, I quite like the idea of the surroundings of the ship changing with your allignment - just like, getting darker and more shadowy the mroe to the DS you go. Not exactly a major requirement, obviously, but it could be quite cool.
