| Especailly certain grenades are very usefull against mutants. I think Frag grenades were such. The good thing in FOT is that you don't have to see the enemy (IE. if they are lying behind obstacle), you can just throw the grenade near them, and the explosion makes the damage.
Also, the good point in this is that you initate the combat, so you can usually throw 2-3 grenades during one turn, which usually kills any mutant. You can use this trick to kill mutants while they can't see you and thus can't shoot at you.
