| It sounds more like a line that needs to be included in a configuration (.cfg) or initiation (.ini) file in the game directory, so the insert key gets a new ingame function. Google might help you out there, or you might try and find which file needs to be altered yourself by looking for editable files. It shouldn't be too hard to find.
