| I've taken the game as neutral. No prestige class allowed for them. Also, no cave on Korraban. But the cave is a side quest & does not need to be completed to finish the game. Also, endings about the same as light / dark.
The only other thing I can think of is the 'your crystal' is less powerful then choosing a side.
