| I don't know if it will stack on one blade, but if you have 2 separate blades then each blade will be treated as a seperate attack, with a seperate roll. Its the equivalent say of two different people attacking you as they are two seperate weapons. They do their own damage and their own damage type so its not the same as having more than one of the same effect on one blade.
