| *nods* Only the potions had a requirement for ingrediants. Enchanting items required the item and a full soulgem. Spells on the other hand just require paying a fee to the person who is helping you create the spells, nothing more.
You do need to pay attention in order to do it well though if I remember correctly. If you do something too strong, you may end up not being able to use it for 15 more levels or something like that.
