| Very welcome. The IWD 2, NWN and NWN 2 games are based off of the 3/3.5 rules. I know the NWN series is based off of the 3.5 edition. I believe IWD2 is based off of 3rd edition, which is now outdated. However, there were changes made to fit the game engine and game play. Mainly spell, feat and skill alterations, and a complete change in how resting affects your character. But, if you played those, it's not too hard to correct things if you are familiar with them. Take a look when you can, I'm not starting the game for a few weeks anyhow due to one of the players having personal stuff to deal with.
