Personally, I think Bioware is just a name behind which resides a completely different mentality and almost entirely different team than the one that made the BG series, so I'm not looking for any revelations, there. But I do agree that The Broken Hourglass, The Age of Decadence, and Eschalon: Book I hold possibilities for the future of the kind of RPG we really like. Remains to be seen, though. I've given up looking to the corporate products, though. If something good is going to appear, it's going to be from a developer that has yet to be purchased or swayed by the likes of Atari, Ubisoft, EA, etc. Just my POV.
