Well there's a good reason not to put it in the PC game. Golconda is meant to be something so rare that most vampires don't even realise it's an option, much less have a ghost of a chance to find it.

Much in the way that someone in the street could walk up to you and say "Did you know that life is a fleshy, horrid experince of mental and physical suffering? I've found this way to escape it, however, and it just requires you to seperate yourself utterly from society and meditate for a few years constantly. I call it Revisum."... Your first, understandable, instinct is that you've met a crazy person. Equaly, walking up to a vampire and saying "I've discovered a way to quench the blood thirst, quell the beast and return to a sense of peace and harmony withing myself that I didn't realise I'd lost untill I found it again. All we need to do is starve you and have you fight your natural urges miles and miles from the safty of the city. I call it Golconda."... Their first instinct is "Isn't that a diamond mine in india??"

Also, it prolly would have been ultra tough to program it in without it seeming corny. One of the great few vampires in the world who know the truth of Golconda happens to find you 2 days after you've been embraced while you're in the middle of murdering a police uint to get to the top of a tower and kill a Venture... That doesn't sound like a modle citizen to me, and surely not someone I'd offer the path to inner peace too. I might offer them an Uzi... They sound like the kind of person who'd appriciate an Uzi... *Worried look, backs away from bloodthirsty murder*
