I noticed this too and it does strike me as odd. At least Fable: The Lost Chapters have a sizable number of both female and male civilians (and children as well), which is quite logical and what you expect when visiting a town or a village (even though the faces look all the same). All the towns and settlements in Gothic 3 looks like they're only inhabited by men (be they orcs or human) and it gives me a very weird feeling when visiting them.

It would be much better if women and children are included in any town/village you visit, even though if it means that I will expect to see the same type of face on every civilian. At least there will be a feeling of life wherever you go.
