| well i was trying to find that out to for some time ago, but the only thing i found was some thing..
just some little usefull info:
The covenant is a highly advanced collection of diffrent aliens races that completely cotrol a large portion of the Orion Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy
but i just came to think that maybe we get to know the location in Halo3 or Halo War....
