| Ajschwaiger, I clearly remember being able to buy only one tragg, at the Illicor market. This is frustrating, because the trader has a second one there, and you'd expect to be able to buy it. But I don't think this is a bug in the game, I think this is just the way it's supposed to be.
Fear not, however, because you can pick up a second tragg at the half giant camp, a bit later in the game.
I was never able to get mules right at the start, and I don't remember this Raab guy. But I suggest that it is unlikely that the game would want to give you a mule right away; you tend to acquire these things as you go along. So I don't think this is a bug either.
If you prefer mules to traggs, don't they sell mules in Illicor, next to the traggs? Not sure, because I always wanted the traggs.
As for the patch, I think LOA was considered a patch, of sorts, and the attitude may have been: we don't need to "patch the patch." There might be unofficial patches, and I know there are mods. But I don't think you need a patch.
