I know that for a wizard, you don't need a base INT of 16 to cast 6th level spells - just items that boost your INT (which are pretty rare).
If the same holds true for WIS, then these items:
Every God Ring: +5 WIS - Kuldahar
Potion of Holy Transference: permanent +2 WIS (-1 DEX) - Ice Temple Battle Square
, mean you could have a WIS of 9 and still get to cast those 6th level spells. |
