| You don't have to play the original Gothic to enjoy Gothic 2 but It gives you a little bit better understanding of your "roots" as well as your fellow ex-convicts "roots" in the colony.
I strongly recommend Gothic Gold (Night of the Raven) versus plain Gothic 2. This is not just an extension. There is a whole integrated world that almost double the game and is very enjoyable. It is Indiana Jones/"ahoy matey" Pirates combo. And you can train your ST/DEX up to 200. |
