I also feel that the idea of traders walking up and down the road in the areas infested by vermin is preposterous but instead of adding patrols I would eliminate the traders. The only traveling traders there should be the ones you personally escort. For money. Anyway, those traders sell junk and practically useless. I would rather have heavily guarded camps with two-three salesmen selling decent stuff. I like the idea of a larger map with trader camps that can provide quests as well. How about helping one merchant ruin his competitor? And then helping the loosing side retaliate? |
