-Firedrakes (hardmode, in version 1.5CE) are worth ~210K.
-Firedrakes don't spawn to well in the Roost...as I get tons of spiders, snakes, scorpions spawning instead. Is there a specific area in the roost that always spawns Firedrakes.
-I have figured out how to always spawn Moonbeasts on Moonbeast Island without any other enemy spawnings (face North-East to the North-Eastern Ground slope...and you will not get fish spawning nor wolves, nor drey elves, nor ninjas, nor mushrooms, nor witches/zombies, nor bees, nor red-worms, nor snakes...you will always get quick spawnings of Moonbeasts.
-Moonbeast are actually more of a challenge as they usually overwhelm you in clusters...and it is fun to break out Area of Effect Attacks (melee/magically)...or just go head to head one at a time, while weeding one from the pack. I really do earn ADV/EXP faster by spawning/killing Moonbeasts. I should know, I've slaughtered over 20,000 of them (at least) with all my dozen plus characters. Firedrakes, at first are fun, but wane as they are suspeptible to ice-attacks and bleeding and stunning...and so are not that much of a challenge.
-My Lv50_Hatamoto can kill a Firedrake in about 15 seconds with just dual wielding [Totemic Runemace] and [Kama of the Moon]...and sometimes I can kill them in under 10 seconds if I use the tomahawk-chop attack perfectly...and also Inflict-Wounds/Bleeding/Stunning is going on...and occassionally an instant kill happens when Firedrake health is low (Critical Hit occurs). But, the darn Firedrakes usually don't spawn continuously...all the while all other poisonous creatures hardly worth the fight keep spawning in the Roost.
-I had forgotten how much of a killer dual wielding was...as I was using Heavy Polearms and Bows and Ninjitsu characters lately...and those fighting styles are weak in comparison to the Samurai/Hatamoto.
