| Yeah, I uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 or 6 times. That's how I determined that the game will ONLY run at the end of installation when you get the "do you want to run TOEE now?" prompt. That's what I think is strange- why would it run fine at the end of install but then never again without re-installing? Makes very little sense.
I did see something on the Atari forum that suggested that it could be a conflict between my CD player and something else that's active. So I have to go through my active background programs and start turning them all off.
In the meantime I bought Oblivion which runs like a charm...
