Just something I wanted to throw out there, anyway.  | I always had a gut feeling that a game that open-ended will never take-off as a movie, for some reason. Sure that its not necessary to follow the game's plot and just take some elements of the game to fit into the movie but the fact that the main character is customisable will come across as an obstacle. It is a wonder why games that are linear like HALO and Tomb Raider are more suitable, to be honest. I honestly can't imagine a movie based on an open-ended title.
