| The method that always works for me is blood buff, any other buffing disciplines you have, a fireaxe and a few blood bags. Just close him down fast and hit him hard. If you get low on blood/injured then just knock back a blood bag and carry on.
What clan are you? Tremere can take him down pretty fast with bloodshield and repeatedly using bloodstrike.
Lastly, try to keep clear of the zombies and largely ignore them. Focus all your attention on Brother Vic.
