| The only persuasion requirement for this encounter is that it be at least 4. However, there are other criteria required if you want to reconcile the sisters. A bug in the game was resulting in these criteria being ignored. The unofficial patches corrected this. Thus, just having persuasion 4 is no longer enough to reconcile them.
You just have to be nice to them. In every single dialogue you have with both personalites, you must tell them what they want to hear. Be seductive and playful with Jeanette. Be polite and flattering with Therese. Given the opportunity to bash one sister while the other is gone, take it.
Use common sense and avoid saying anything to either one of them that might upset them.
