Isn't it too early to jump to conclusion as to guns not being able to suit Fable 2's setting and guns taking away the feel of Fable?
In fact, why don't you wait for further details and gameplay demonstrations? At least you will be able to see them in action and let you decide if what Lionhead is doing is worth it or not.
