| I'm sure your talking about the bugged white items from v1.08. They no longer exist. All have basically been removed from the closed realm by systematic erasure by BNet. These items, such as the white ring and white gloves were massively overpowered godly items that spawned naturally, I believe, at that time. They were duplicated by arcane computer methods and spread far and wide. All were isolated to the west server system.
Some new bugged items may have been created by very advanced cheaters. I think they have been actually, but I hadn't seen one by the time I stopped playing some time ago. Buy these if you want, that is your obvious intent. I personally don't suggest it though.
