| Thanks, that makes sense. My 9th level elf rogue has 4 feats, and my 8th lvl human monk also has 4. So I guess my characters are progressing as normal.
The only anomaly is Jariel, who only has 3 feats at 8th level despite being a human. But I guess that's just a quark of him being a pre-made character. |
