Look Hilary Duff doesn't have enough experience, sure she can act in some high school movies coz she's just been to a one. I don't care if she's your daydream
I'd go with Charlize Theron as Viconia because she has more experience in acting and she looks more of viconia than HD. Maybe even Liv Tyler, she did a good job in LOTR.
