| I think I ever had that missing shopkeeper glitch at Knothole Glade before but it involves the tattoist. The only solution for me is to reload to the savegame before the White Balverine quest. While undergoing that quest, my advice is to not dig up silver keys or something as it will cause the glitch. If you happen to come to Knothole Glade even before the White Balverine quest, this glitch will also happen.
