Spoilers, please highlight: The only way that I know to reduce your age is to sacrifice to the chapel of Skorm or donate gold to the temple of Avo. You won't stay permanently young as you'll still age when you level up.
If you want to stay young forever, you have to use mods. Don't know which one because I never used one but try Googling for it. Sorry I can't be of much help here.
