| I made a summoner on hardcore and he did pretty well with okay equipment. Skills=20 raise skeleton, 20 skeleton mastery, 20 skeleton mage, 1 summon resist, 1 in all golems (usually used fire to get a kill for summons), 1 in revive (plus skills made it usable), 1-5 in amp, 1 in decrep, 1 in all pre-reqs, 1 in bone armor. Use amp on normal monsters and decrep on monsters like baal (keeps him from teleporting and using most of his abilities.) This summoner was able to solo NM baal on hardcore patch 1.10. Max skeleton mage last since it isn't essential. Any extra points go in bone wall/prison (adds more to bone armor damage absorb than upping that skill. Adding to bone armor = extra 10 points, adding to prison or wall = extra 15 points of absorb each.)
