| You have to talk to Gol Nazyn to get the quest started. It is possible that you accidentally talked to him while battling the nearby monsters.
He won't talk to you again until you get the shard. Solve the fire carry puzzles, and clear Citadel of Pain to get the shard. Then talk to him again. |
