ok im standing infront of kodo rock(shaman shrine) my quest is to go to kodo rock and drink the seer and im next to it and when i try to use the seer it says that i need a shaman shrine

whats wrong.
there is only a box there too that need a ROD OF HERCULAR that i dont have.
anyone knows whats that im doing wrong?
